There are often metaphors with health issues - "I can't stomach this" for example - and IBS / Crohns etc etc may link back to that
underlying issue. In this example we can elicit what it is you can't stomach, and leave it where it belongs
Cancer is a classic - is it in the cells, the tumour, the part of your body, in you, in your family or what ....
Finding where it belongs helps a great deal
